For 10 years, Telecom Ukraine has been bringing together leading specialists, partners, and those interested in the development of the electronic communications,media, and content industries in Ukraine.

Today, for many operators, it has turned into a "suitcase without a handle": it is difficult to hold on to, and it is a shame to give it up. Has the television service really become a burden, or does it continue to remain an obligatory element of the competitive offer in the Double Play format? The focus of the discussion is the balance between classic television and modern OTT platforms, regulatory challenges and business models capable of working in conditions of rapid changes in media consumption.
